If you wish for information about our Graduate Program, please write to ppgf@ufba.br (English, Français, Italiano, Español, Deutsch). We accept foreign students both in our Masters and Doctoral courses. We also encourage Faculty exchanges with visiting scholars from abroad – which have significantly increased since our hosting the XVIIth Congress of the Inter-american Philosophical Society (www.sif2013.org). Our curriculum centers around three main areas: philosophy of language and epistemology, philosophy and social theory, and problems of phenomenology and hermeneutics.
